Return Policy

We DO NOT offer any returns or refunds on our products at this time. We stand behind every piece of clothing we design, manufacture and ship, and we want every customer to be satisfied with their product. That said, if there is an issue, we will do everything in our power to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make sure you get you taken care of. We also understand that shopping online sometimes requires an exchange to get the right fit. That said, we DO accept exchanges so long as the product meets the following standards. 

  • Item must be unwashed and have not been put through a dryer
  • Items covered with animal/human hair, glitter, powder, skin cells, piling, strong odors such as smoke, cologne, perfume, detergent, scented sprays, or body odor, markings or stains such as deodorant will not be accepted and will be promptly denied. We will notify you by email in the case of such an event. 
  • Item must be in sellable condition. 

At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping on any exchanges. We will, however, cover the cost or your replacement shipment. If an exchange is needed, please contact us via email at sales@eternalgainsclothing.com. 

To report a quality issue:

  1. Contact us at sales@eternalgainsclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item.

  3. If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
